These terms cover your use of Ranking (ranking.bobwork.ai), run by BobOffice, LLC, a Delaware company. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: info@bobwork.ai.

The service

Ranking tracks search rankings and AI search visibility, and provides keyword, competitor, backlink, audit, content and reporting tools. It is in early access: features change and may sometimes be unavailable.

Paying

Ranking is prepaid. You top up at least $1 through Stripe, and each check is charged from your balance at the prices shown in the app. Credit does not expire. Unused credit can be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up; credit already spent is not refundable.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity in your account, including by team and client seats you invite. Only add sites you own or are allowed to work on, and only connect Google accounts you are authorised to use.

Fair use

Do not use Ranking to break the law, attack or overload other sites, resell raw data in bulk, or get around spending limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your projects and results belong to you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle them, including Google user data.

No guarantees

Rankings and AI answers change constantly and the figures we show are measurements, not promises. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Ranking at any time and ask us to delete your account. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
